In addition to higher clock speeds and the number of cores, Intel provides its 13th generation desktop CPUs with additional L3 cache for the E-cores, which according to the manufacturer benefits the execution of larger data sets and better performance, and with more L2 cache per P-Core and E-Core cluster. Here, Intel promises to minimize the time spent exchanging data between the caches and the memory, which speeds up the workflow. There is an additional 2 MiByte L2 cache per P core and 4 MiByte L2 cache per E core cluster.
Intel's powerful hybrid architecture integrates two core families into a single CPU, ensuring everything in your gaming universe runs smoothly. Six performance cores (P-Cores) are designed for performance on single and light-threaded workloads, accelerating gaming and productive work.
Eight efficient cores (E-Cores) are optimized for multithreading performance and minimize performance hits by secondary tasks. The Intel Thread Director prioritizes and manages CPU utilization. It distributes tasks to the most appropriate core to do the computation. Both core types can be overclocked separately.
Top performance for gamers and creators
The Raptor Lake processor architecture supports PCI-Express 5.0 and DDR5 memory. The TUF Gaming Radeon RX 6950 XT is a tough beast with a durable metal chassis, super-efficient cooling and components that offer enhanced endurance. An all-metal case houses three powerful Axial-Tech fans, which are equipped with durable double ball bearings and additional blades. Underneath the exoskeleton, a massive heatsink ensures temperatures remain tightly controlled. TUF components, selected for maximum durability and performance, allow the card to outperform the competition. You wanted an absolute machine...this one is ready for action.
In this generation, the Axial-Tech fan design has been improved with an increased number of blades on all three fans: 13 on the main fan and 11 on the auxiliary fans. The retaining rings on the side fans have been slimmed down to allow more lateral air intake and provide better airflow through the cooling system. The main fan's additional blades and full shroud provide increased static pressure to push air directly onto the GPU heat spreader. The larger fan design has been specifically optimized for a massive new heatsink that has more cooling fins and a larger surface area than previous versions. In order to strengthen the specialized tasks of the main and auxiliary fans, the direction of rotation of the main fan has been reversed. This reduces the air turbulence inside the cooling system, which further increases the overall thermal performance. The fans also only start spinning when the GPU temperature reaches 60 degrees Celsius. When the temperature drops below 55 degrees Celsius, they turn off to reduce noise when idling or under light loads.
Heavy-duty, military-grade capacitors were chosen to power the card. These and other components are soldered to the board using our automated Auto-Extreme manufacturing process. Precise soldering and the absence of human error ensure that every graphics card meets our strict quality requirements. To ensure flawless performance when it matters most, the cards undergo a rigorous 144-hour validation process.
The bottom of the map reveals further improvements. Most of the rear is covered by a protective metal backplate that features a prominent, large vent. The vent allows warm air to flow toward the case fans instead of being recirculated back into the GPU cooler. A GPU mount provides additional stability at the critical connection between chip and heatspreader. The connector panel uses stainless steel to protect the connectors and ensure a more secure attachment. And with a user-friendly dual bios switch, the card's default performance profile can be adjusted without software.
ASUS GPU Tweak II utility takes graphics card tuning to the next level. It allows you to tweak critical parameters like GPU core clock, memory frequency, and voltage settings, with the ability to monitor everything in real-time through a customizable on-screen display. Advanced fan control is also included, along with many other features to help you get the most out of your graphics card
FSP Fortron/Source Hydro G 850W is the world first one PSU break the rule and makes it as a standard to gamers. With three colors, it is easy to create your theme related to VGA cards.
Unique product ID with changeable side stickers for DIY enthusiasts and gamers.
The electrical performance of the Hydro G 850W PSU was very good. The unit exhibited tight voltage regulation, high efficiency (80 Plus Gold) and good AC ripple and noise suppression. The cooling fan is very quiet and the power supply operates in silent fan-less mode at low power levels. The Hydro G Series also features fully modular, flat ribbon-style cables. Our only minor complaint was the lack of a second ATX/EPS 4+4 pin cable/connector, which is pretty standard at this power level.

Microsoft Windows 10 Professional 64Bit, pre-installed with all necessary device drivers. Switch on and get started!
The launch of Windows 10 and the associated developments are among the most important market launches in Microsoft's corporate history. Windows 10 not only brings a new version of the operating system onto the market, Windows 10 enables a new platform generation:
"We want to ensure that we offer developers the largest and most vibrant user base for their applications," said Satya Nadella in his opening keynote at BUILD 2015 in San Francisco. Windows 10 is now available in 190 countries and 111 languages.
The browser is really new in Windows 10: Edge replaces Internet Explorer. The new browser doesn't just have the cooler name. It is also much faster. In almost all browser benchmarks, Edge depends on IE 11 from Windows 8.1. It can almost double its pace in Mozilla's Kraken benchmark. It looks the same in Google's Octane 2.0 test. Its pace remains roughly the same in the Sunspider test and the Peacekeeper benchmark. Conclusion: When it comes to the browser speed, Windows 10 with Edge catches up a lot. In Kraken and Octane, Edge overtakes the competition, in the Sunspider he stays ahead. The old conditions are only preserved in the Peacekeeper test.
Windows start
Microsoft already shortened the start times of Windows extremely with Windows 8. If the computer is switched off using "Shut down", it does not switch itself off, but only goes into hibernation - from which it can wake up more quickly. Even with a real Katlstart or restart, Windows 8.1 is slightly slower: However, over time, Windows remembers the files that it needs for the start: The start time is shortened with repeated starts. After ten starts, the two operating systems were almost on par with 20 seconds (Windows 10) and 22 seconds (Windows 8.1).
System performance
Windows is actually getting faster and faster the older it gets: For most components, manufacturers are releasing ever more up-to-date drivers that accelerate the hardware. Windows feels like it is getting slower and slower: This is mostly due to the fact that the autostart folder is filling up with more and more entries, more and more tools are running in the background and more and more programs that are no longer used are littering the memory. The performance tests show hardly any difference between Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. Sometimes one system is faster, sometimes the other. But all the results are so closely related - with less than three percent difference - that no difference is noticeable in practice. This also applies to tests such as Cinebench R15, which primarily check the processor performance. Even if we repeated the tests several times, nothing changed: When saving and buffering frequently used files, nothing seems to have changed between Windows 8.1 and 10. Conclusion: When it comes to hardware performance, Windows 10 is as fast as Windows 8.1 - or vice versa. So that Windows 10 stays fast, the same rules apply as always with Windows: Install the latest drivers and keep the system clean.
3D performance
Windows 10 comes with the new Direct X12 3D interface. DX12 is designed to allow game programmers to use the capabilities of the GPU more efficiently. Computers with less powerful graphics cards can also benefit from this and display graphically complex games more smoothly. At the moment, the potential of DX12 can only be demonstrated using synthetic benchmarks such as the API overhead test. Conclusion: Windows 10 has the potential to accelerate games on weaker systems thanks to the DX12. But the concrete results will only show games that use DX12. The first should appear at the end of the year.
Windows 10 lays a good foundation: the hardware manufacturers have to use this to tease out a performance plus with improved drivers. Or in the case of Direct X12 game programmers who use the capabilities of the new interface in games.
