The In Win GR One RGB is a full tower PC case made from a combination of 0.8mm SECC steel and some hard plastic. It’s basically geared towards hardcore gamers, or system builders who are looking for a case with lots of options, expansions and support for water cooling.
It supports up to 10x 120mm fans or 140mm fans that could provide excellent thermal performance. It can also support a 360mm radiator on top and another 240mm radiator on the bottom of the case. There are water cooling holes available for custom water cooling, but I rarely see system builders use these holes nowadays.
The In Win GRone also features a two fan speed control, one-touch front bezel filter, USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports on the front panel and an external SATA EZ-Swap Dock located on top where you can slide a hard drive or SSD in for easy data access. It also supports full size graphics cards of up to 365mm and has a total of 8x PCIE-slots. It can also support large CPU cooler heatsink of up to 206mm in height.
It has a very similar layout like most cases in the market. There are four thumbscrews (two on each side panel) that you have to unscrew to remove the side panels. The side panels are pretty much solid, but they do flex a little bit due to its size. As you can also see from the photos above, there are rubber grommets to protect the cables from being peeled.
There are a total of 8 drive bays for your hard drives and three more for the front bay expansion slots. The drive bays and expansion slot bays are all tool free, although we find the yellow-green color of the push button locking mechanism somewhat off. We think it would look better if they were red instead.
The front mesh cover can easily be removed without removing the whole front cover. The first three covers from top are for the front bay slots and can be removed individually. While the other lower 5 layers is actually a one whole meshed cover. Just push somewhere in the upper mid-section to unclip and remove it.
The drive cages are divided into two sections and can be removed easily. It also uses a tool-less drive mount mechanism. There are also holes on each tray so that you can screw a 2.5-inch drive. You can remove just the lower section if you plan to install a 240mm radiator on the bottom portion.
There are many things to like about the GRone full tower case. We like the nice power button with a red LED circle on it. It has 5x 140mm pre-installed fans, and the three of them have red LEDs. It fully supports water cooling system and the external hot swap bay could be useful from time to time. The stylish tinted window looks really cool as well and it’s large enough to see all the major components installed inside the case. Air flow is really great as well, as I can feel the heat being properly exhausted at the back and on top of the case. They have also done a really good paint job as well. And amongst the GRone variants, this is the variant that we like most.
Finally, the In Win GRone is one awesome full tower case and if you like the way how it looks then we don’t have any problems recommending the GR One at all. It’s a well-built chassis with lots of room to work with and options for the components.

In the 10th generation, Intel only uses the new LGA1200 socket, which is only physically compatible with the Intel socket 1151, but can deliver the increased power consumption of the top models from the i9 and i7 series. Intel continues to rely on 14-nanometer manufacturing. The cache responsible for lower latencies and thus better performance is up to 20 megabytes in total. DDR4 RAM is supported up to a clock speed of 2,933 MHz. For i5 and below, the maximum RAM clock is specified at 2,666 MHz. Consistently (except for the F variants) Intel's UHD Graphics 630 is used as the GPU.
The Z490 from the new chipset series 400 comes with 40 PCI lanes and is ready for WLAN 6 and 2.5 gigabit LAN. There is also support for Thunderbolt 3 and Intel's Optane technology. However, PCI Express 3.0 is the maximum.
The boost functions (from i3) hold up to three levels. We explain it using the flagship Intel Core i9-10900K. It clocks at 3.7 GHz in basic mode. With Intel Turbo Boost 2.0, the base clock can clock up a single one of the 10 cores up to 5.1 GHz. Turbo Boost Max 3.0 (from i7) adds another 100 MHz for one core (5.2 GHz). With Intel's new "Thermal Velocity Boost" technology (from i9, except T-model), the CPU can hold a maximum of 5.3 GHz per core or 4.9 GHz for all cores. The MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Edge WiFi is equipped with the high-end chipset for the Intel Core processors of the 10th generation and allows manual overclocking of CPUs with a free multiplier. The MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Edge WiFi is a motherboard in the ATX form factor and offers two PCIe-x16 slots, one of which is connected directly to the CPU and one to the chipset, as well as two PCIe-x1 slots for plug-in and expansion cards . Our copy clocks at 1,350 MHz (GPU base clock) and 1,590 MHz (GPU minimum boost clock). The graphics memory clocks at 1,750 MHz. By in-house overclocking software we were able to raise the GPU clock to 1.970 MHz.

It's an attempt to safeguard Microsoft's crumbling software hegemony, assailed on all sides by Google and Apple. Yes, this new OS is chock-full of fresh features. To name just a few: a lean, fast Internet Explorer replacement called Edge; Microsoft's Siri-like voice-controlled virtual assistant, Cortana; and the ability to stream real-time games to your desktop from an Xbox One in another room. (And in case you're wondering: there is no "Windows 9" -- Microsoft skipped it, going straight from 8 to 10.)
But Windows 10 is also the end of a long, awkward road that began with the release of Windows 8 in 2012, when Microsoft tried to convince a world of keyboard and mouse wielders that touchscreens were the way to go -- or else. Ironically, in 2015, the PC hardware for that touchscreen future is now here -- everything from 2-in-1s such as the Lenovo Yoga line to convertible tablets with detachable keyboards, like Microsoft's own Surface. And Windows 10 smoothly lets users transition from "tablet" to "PC" mode on such devices like never before.
For the rest of the PC universe -- including those who still prefer good old-fashioned keyboard and mouse navigation -- Windows 10 is a welcome return to form. The Start menu, inexplicably yanked from 8, is back and working the way you expect it to. Those live tiles from the Windows 8 home screen still exist, but they've been attached to the Start menu, where they make a lot more sense. And the fiendishly hidden Charms bar has been morphed into the more straightforward (and easier to find) Action Center.
As always, there are some quibbles and gripes with the end product, but all-in-all -- after living with Windows 10 for months -- I can say it's a winner. It's flexible, adaptable and customizable. And it's been battle-tested by an army of beta testers for the better part of a year, making it one of the most robust operating system rollouts in recent memory.
A fresh Start
The Start menu is back; it's almost funny how relieving that is. That humble Start button has been a fixture on the lower left corner of the Windows desktop since the halcyon days of Windows 95, offering speedy access to apps and settings.
