Answer: Your new Gaming PC usually arrives within a week. During this time we carry out a series of steps that guarantee our quality standards:
- Your new High-End PC is built fresh for you from scratch
- BIOS update
- Windows installation
- Driver installation
- Multi-hour endurance & stress tests
- Final inspection
Afterwards your new device is packed safely for transport and shipped via DHL (or by freight pallet for Hardtube water-cooled PCs).
This additional effort can lead to a delivery time of up to 2 weeks.
Answer: We are happy to offer 24 months full warranty from the purchase of your new Gaming PC.
In addition, there is the manufacturer's warranty, which can be up to 6 years depending on the component.
